How do I register for a course?

Visit our course catalog, choose your desired program, and follow the steps for self-registration. You’ll receive a confirmation email once registration is complete.

What is the refund policy?

Courses canceled within 14 days (and unopened) are fully refundable except for the $15 Skills Kit fee. After 90 days, no refunds are issued.

Do you offer financial aid?

We do not offer formal financial aid, but many employers reimburse training costs. You can also contact us for alternative payment methods like check or ACH.

How long do I have to complete a course?

All courses must be completed within 365 days from the date of registration.

Can I transfer my course to another person?

No. Course enrollments and payments are non-transferable and tied to the individual student.

Do you offer job placement assistance?

While we don’t offer official placement, we occasionally share opportunities and recommend checking our Facebook page for postings.

How do I schedule my Skills Lab?
Once enrolled, you'll receive access to the scheduling system. Choose a date and location that works for you.
What if I miss my scheduled lab?
Missing a lab or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled time incurs a $100 fee.
What should I bring to the Skills Lab?
Bring your Skills Kit (if applicable), photo ID, and any required paperwork. Instructions will be emailed ahead of time.

Yes, but you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the rescheduling fee.

What equipment do I need for virtual classes?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, webcam, microphone, and a quiet space. Phones and tablets are not recommended.

Early registration ensures you receive materials (e.g., workbooks) on time and secure a seat in limited-capacity sessions.

What if my kit is missing or damaged?

I just took a class for the second time but I don’t see my exam. What should I do?

Please email or text us! We need to manually unlock your exam — it doesn’t reset automatically.
