CONTINUING EDUCATION

Stay Certified. Grow with Confidence.
In Washington State, Home Care Aides (HCAs) are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year to maintain their license. This applies to all Long-Term Care Workers (LTCWs), including HCAs, NACs, and NARs working in various settings—assisted living facilities, adult family homes, home care agencies, and private homes.
At Tishala Healthcare Training Center, we believe continuing education is more than a requirement—it’s a chance to grow. Our CE courses are designed to be engaging, practical, and relevant to the daily work of caregivers.
